RULES of the Condominium must be observed:
No shouting or talking loudly inside the Condominium on the steps ! Respect the quiet time from 2pm ( 2pm ) to 4pm ( 4pm ), and after 9pm, during the night, just to avoid complaints from neighbors.

- A late check-in fee of 25 euros is required for arrivals AFTER 9pm.
